select edit a connection
remove ethernet adapters that will be included bonding (eno1, eno2)
add bond
click Add to add NIC's
add nic's (add eno1 + eno2)
change parameters, Active Backup...
click add to add vlan
choose vlan
choose profile name: bond0.784, device: bond0.784
ipv4 configuration...
activate a connection
click activate on bond0.784 it should activate bond0 too.
